High -carbon chromium bearing steel angle contact ball bearings
Strong load-bearing capacity: Angular contact ball bearings can withstand large radial and axial loads, suitable for high-speed, high-precision, and high load mechanical equipment
Stainless steel deep groove ball bearings
Corrosion resistance and rust prevention: Stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are made of stainless steel material, which has excellent corrosion resistance and rust prevention, and can operate stably for a long time in harsh environments
NJ cylindrical roller bearings
Strong ability to withstand heavy loads and impact loads: The rollers of NJ cylindrical roller bearings are in line contact with the raceway, which makes them have a large radial bearing capacity and suitable for withstanding heavy loads and impact loads
Rod ends consist of a threaded housing with an integral spherical plain bearing or a threaded housing formed around the ball. Rod ends are used to provide efficient, smooth motion transmission in a variety of applications and equipment
Angular contact bearing balls (type 70000 AC) with α=25°, are inseparable and can only bear the axial force of one side, and the shoulder heights on both sides of the inner and outer rings are different, so more steel balls can be loaded to improve the bearing capacity. Mainly used in a wide range of industries such as automobiles, electrical equipment, machine tools, and aircraft.
Bearing Ball/Chrome Steel Ball
Chrome steel balls demonstrate high hardness, resistance to deformation, and excellent wear characteristics. Chrome balls from High precision Precision are manufactured from the highest quality chrome alloy steel and through-hardened for maximum strength and service life.
Compared to traditional steel balls, zirconia ceramic bearing balls offer a number of advantages, including higher hardness, superior wear resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance. They are also non-magnetic and non-conductive, making them ideal for use in harsh or corrosive environments.
Copper balls exhibit good corrosion resistance in environments containing fuel oil, gasoline, kerosene, and alcohol. Copper balls have excellent resistance to water corrosion. Copper also exhibits excellent conductivity and is widely used in DIP and TILT switches for safety and electrical industries.
Stainless steel balls are usually produced by stainless steel forging process. Currently, commonly used materials for stainless steel balls include 201, 302, 304, 316, 316L, 420, and 440C.
