Full Ceramic Bearings are non-metallic precision bearings engineered with both inner/outer rings and rolling elements crafted entirely from advanced engineering ceramic materials (such as Silicon Nitride, Zirconia, or Silicon Carbide). Designed to perform in extreme environments where traditional chrome steel bearings fail, full ceramic bearings feature complete corrosion resistance, non-magnetic insulation, extreme temperature tolerance, and ultra-low weight. They operate smoothly without lubrication or under aggressive chemical washdowns. Full ceramic bearings are widely specified in semiconductor manufacturing, chemical processing, medical equipment, vacuum chambers, aerospace components, and electroplating processing lines.

Complete Corrosion & Chemical Immunity: Impervious to acids, alkalis, salt water, and harsh chemical solvents, making them ideal for aggressive fluid environments.

Electrical & Magnetic Insulation: Ceramics are naturally non-conductive and non-magnetic, eliminating arcing damage in electrical equipment and interference in high-magnetic fields (e.g., MRI machines).

High Temperature Resistance & Low Thermal Expansion: Capable of continuous operation at temperatures up to +800°C (depending on material and cage configuration) with minimal dimensional expansion.

High Speed & High Efficiency: Lower density than steel (60% lighter) reduces centrifugal forces during high-speed rotation, lowering torque and friction generation.

Dry Running & Non-Lubricated Capability: Low friction coefficient allows continuous dry-running operation in cleanroom or vacuum environments without liquid lubricants.
