Product Overview

Insert Bearings, commonly known as UC Series Bearings, are modified deep groove ball bearings designed for mounted bearing units (such as pillow blocks and flanged housings). Featuring a spherical outer surface, an extended inner ring, and dual locking mechanisms (set screws, eccentric locking collars, or adapter sleeves), these bearings accommodate moderate static initial shaft misalignment. Manufactured from high-strength GCr15 Chrome Steel or AISI 440C Stainless Steel, insert bearings deliver reliable radial load support, easy shaft mounting, and efficient relubrication capabilities. Available with multi-lip rubber contact seals and metal slingers, they are widely utilized in agricultural equipment, conveyor systems, packaging machinery, and textile processing lines.

Relubrication Friendly: Integrated outer ring oil holes and grooves allow easy grease replenishment, extending bearing service life in severe environments.

Wide Housing Compatibility: Easily interchangeable with various cast iron, ductile iron, pressed steel, and thermoplastic housings (UCF, UCP, UCFL series).
