They provide rigid baseline support for end-supported shaft configurations, enabling smooth axial travel for linear motion bearings (LM/LME series) or flanged linear bushings.
Precision-machined from high-strength anodized extruded aluminum alloy (or cast iron for heavy-duty series), support blocks feature a split-bore clamping design. Tightening the integrated clamping bolt compresses the split block around the linear shaft, providing secure frictional locking without marring or scoring the ground shaft surface.
They are produced in two primary mounting profiles:
