Single Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings are precision rolling bearings specifically designed to accommodate combined radial and unidirectional axial loads. Featuring contact angles (typically 15°, 25°, 30°, or 40°) defined between the ball contact points and the raceways, these bearings transmit axial forces along a straight vector through the unit. Because an axial load is generated internally when a radial load is applied, single row angular contact ball bearings are almost always mounted in pairs or sets in back-to-back (DB), face-to-face (DF), or tandem (DT) arrangements to achieve bidirectional thrust support and desired preload.Manufactured from high-cleanliness GCr15 Chrome Steel or ceramic materials, these bearings deliver high running accuracy, rigid shaft support, and low friction under high-speed operation. They are extensively used in machine tool spindles, high-frequency motors, centrifugal pumps, air compressors, industrial gearboxes, and chemical processing equipment.

Hybrid Ceramic Options: Silicon Nitride balls paired with steel rings reduce thermal expansion, centrifugal force, and dynamic friction at extreme rotational speeds.
