Single Row Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings are non-caged heavy-duty precision bearings designed to deliver maximum radial load-carrying capacity within a given cross-sectional space. By incorporating the maximum possible number of cylindrical rollers (without a cage separator), these bearings offer significantly higher radial ratings than traditional caged cylindrical roller bearings. Precision-ground from high-purity GCr15 Chrome Steel, they feature high rigidness, superior shock load resistance, and low friction under heavy operational loads. Available in semi-locating (NJ/NCF design) and locating (NUP/NNCF design) axial configurations, single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are widely specified in industrial gearboxes, crane pulleys, reduction units, planetary gears, wind turbines, and heavy metallurgical machinery.
