Stainless Steel Pillow Block Units (SS UCP / SSUCFL / SSUCF Series) are corrosion-resistant mounted bearing assemblies engineered for applications operating under strict hygiene requirements, frequent washdown cycles, and harsh chemical exposure. Combining a high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel housing with an AISI 440C stainless steel insert bearing, these units provide superior resistance to rust, oxidation, and aggressive cleaning agents. Designed with a spherical outer outer ring for self-aligning capability, they feature food-grade grease lubrication and multi-lip rubber contact seals with steel slingers. Stainless steel pillow block units are widely specified across food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical production, marine engineering, chemical processing, and packaging machinery.

Reliable Dual Sealing System: Equipped with synthetic rubber contact seals and stainless steel slingers to prevent liquid/contaminant ingress and retain internal lubricant during high-pressure washdowns.
