Tapered Roller Bearing Cone & Cup Separated units refer to separable precision bearings where the inner ring assembly with rollers and cage (Cone) and the outer ring (Cup) are supplied independently or installed as distinct components. This separable design allows the inner cone assembly and outer cup to be mounted individually, greatly simplifying installation, alignment, and internal clearance adjustments during machine assembly. Precision-ground from high-purity GCr15 Chrome Steel or case-hardened alloy steel, tapered roller bearings feature logarithmic raceway profiles that evenly distribute load stress. They are designed to accommodate heavy combined radial and unidirectional axial loads and are extensively specified in automotive axle systems, vehicle wheel hubs, industrial gearboxes, construction machinery, and agricultural drive systems.
